Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Opened or perishable products (like Soft Chews or Liquid Drops)

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for the same or a different product, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
