• Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Schedule: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates (Domestic - USA)

We maintain a transparent pricing structure to ensure your supplements are handled with care.

• FREE Expedited Shipping: Applied automatically to all orders of $35.00 USD and above.

• Flat-Rate Clinical Handling: For all orders below $35.00 (including our $0.99 New Customer Trial Kits), a flat-rate Clinical Logistics & Bio-Security Packaging fee of $12.99 USD applies.

Note on Handling Fees: This specialized fee covers the cost of our secure, temperature-monitored packaging and expedited, tracked delivery. This ensures that our live probiotic strains and sensitive oils remain stable and potent until they reach your doorstep.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched:

• Domestic (USA): Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

• Delivery Carriers: We partner with reliable, tracked carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

Once your hero’s package is in transit, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number. You can monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time through our website or the carrier's portal.

5. International Shipping

• Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• International Delivery Time: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on local customs clearance procedures.
